The Big Retreat In the past, we have had camping and canoeing yoga retreats at Algonquin Park and Autumn and Winter retreats at the luxurious Chalet Claremont and its beautiful natural surroundings. These all-inclusive mini vacations for your body, mind and spirit included yoga, Nia, hiking, swimming, hot tubbing or just kicking up your heals and doing absolutely nothing. Delicious vegetarian meals are catered by K.C. & The Sunshine Pan or Blacksheep Catering. Breathe, stretch and relax.
