All yoga classes begin with pranayama (rhythmic breath control) and end in savasana (final relaxation). All classes are instructed in vinyasa or flowing style with breathing and mindfulness incorporating an eclectic mix of Hatha styles with influences from various teaching philosophies. Mats, blankets and eye pillows are provided - wear loose comfortable clothing. Music and candles, grounding, warm, earthy hardwood floors, large windows and soothing blue walls create a gentle and relaxing atmosphere. All classes are on-going drop-in style unless Pre-registration is indicated.
